Free Expedited Shipping: Instant Delivery 2-3 Business Days for US Stock Items
We know our customers expect fast and reliable product delivery, so we offer free expedited shipping on all US stock items. Our US warehouse is fully stocked and orders placed before 4pm can be shipped immediately at no additional charge. With an efficient logistics system, most US customers receive their products within 2-3 business days of placing an order, so you don't have to wait to experience the fun and convenience of your new scooter as soon as possible.

Free expedited delivery: International orders take about 25 days to arrive at the port
For international orders, we offer free expedited shipping. Please allow up to 48 hours of processing time before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, the average shipping time is 28business days. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to delays caused by uncontrollable factors (such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.). The responsibility for delays and delivery issues lies with the shipping company, but we will do our best to assist you with any possible logistics issues.

Free Shipping to Multiple Countries
In addition to the United States, we also provide free shipping services to multiple countries, allowing more customers around the world to easily enjoy Yishun Vehicles' electric scooters. This policy is not only affordable, but also further expands our international customer base. Please note that some remote countries and regions may not be covered by the free shipping policy. For these areas, we will provide you with the best shipping options.

Which shipping company will be used?
We work with multiple shipping companies around the world, and our shipping partners include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx, TNT, Amazon Logistics, etc. We will choose the best shipping company option for your order so that your package arrives as soon as possible.

Where is the departure point of my order?
Our warehouses are located in the United States and mainland China, and according to the order and delivery location you choose, we will ship from the nearest warehouse where the product is also available.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for each order. Your product can be tracked once it is shipped. Since our product research team spends time looking for high-quality and affordable products, each product may be shipped from different distribution centers around the world.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing an order, but you will be charged a handling fee of $9. If the item has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Please proceed with the return and refund process.

I entered the wrong address!
If you misspelled the address or the automatically filled address is incorrect, just reply to the order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Notify us immediately by emailing yishuncheye123@gmail.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it before shipping.
