We hope you enjoy Yisuntrek, but we understand that our products are not for you. If you have any issues with our products, please contact us at yishuncheye123@gmail.com: we are happy to help! For items purchased through third-party vendors and websites, please contact them directly.

What can I return/exchange?

Returnable Items:

Items eligible for return/refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery must meet one of the following criteria:

Defective Items: Damaged, broken, or dirty upon arrival.
Item received is the wrong size/color.
Items that are unworn and unused and do not meet your expectations.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for any of the following:

Items that are beyond the 30-day warranty period.
Items that have been worn, used, or misused.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Color/Image Disclaimer
While we do our best to provide accurate images of each product's color, design, and specifications, actual color and performance specifications may vary slightly due to differences in device screen settings, lighting at the installation location, subtle differences in product surface changes over time, and other usage factors. Yisuntrek is not responsible for any color or design differences that are not factory faults. When purchasing from Yisuntrek, you agree to accept the risk of slight differences between actual color and performance specifications and those displayed on our website. In addition, please note that factory test specifications differ from actual specifications. The assembly process of production batches is usually different; if returning due to dissatisfaction with test specifications (not a fault), the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Parameters vary greatly.

How to return?
Follow 4 steps to simplify your return/refund process.

Step 1: Submit the following to our customer service team email (yishuncheye123@gmail.com)

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return

Step 2: Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) via email along with our return address.

Step 3: Please return the item as per the instructions on the RMA form and send us proof of return in the form of tracking number and valid return receipt.

Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will email you and arrange for a replacement or refund within 48 hours. Thereafter, please note the following refund times:

For PayPal refunds, please wait up to 24 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. For credit card refunds, it usually takes 7 days, but the time may vary depending on the merchant and bank, some taking a few days and others taking months.

Return Shipping Costs and Address
1. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product issue listed in the returnable items section above, you do not need to bear the shipping costs for this reason; but you must send photos.

2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the exact return shipping cost. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail method.

Note: For any return or exchange request, please contact us by email (yishuncheye123@gmail.com) in advance and return the goods after approval. We do not accept returns without prior request.
