Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a yisuntrek electric scooter. To protect your rights, we provide you with a limited warranty service for a certain period of time to ensure that defects in materials or workmanship are repaired or replaced during the warranty period after you receive the electric scooter.

1. Scope of application
This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the Eahora electric scooter purchased from our online store or authorized Amazon sellers. The warranty period starts on the day the electric scooter is received, and the warranty rights will terminate immediately once the electric scooter is resold or transferred to others. This limited warranty does not apply to any subsequent purchaser.

2. Warranty Content
This limited warranty applies to the following parts of the electric scooter (hereinafter referred to as "covered parts"), and the warranty period and specific parts are as follows:

15-month warranty period:

Frame and its components: frame, handlebars, stem, headset, folding bar, deck, clamp, front fork, rim, hub, bracket
Battery and its components: battery, connector, wire
9-month warranty period:

Ride system: motor, controller, display, throttle and its wiring
Brake system: brake lever, brake line, drum brake assembly, brake rotor, brake caliper
Battery charger: charger, power cord
3-month warranty period:

Lighting system: headlight, taillight, turn signal light, deck outline RGB light
15-day warranty period:

Consumables: bearings, brake pads, tires, inner tubes, grips, cables and housings, fenders
3. Non-warranty coverage
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Normal wear and tear, such as the performance of the battery deteriorating over time.
Damage caused by the user's failure to operate or maintain according to the instructions.
Damage caused by acts of God, accidents, misuse, modification, or use of incompatible accessories.
Damage caused by repair or replacement of parts at unauthorized service providers.
Batteries damaged by power surges, improper charging, or water are not covered under warranty.
EKS reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty requests.

IV. Claims Process
If your electric scooter requires warranty service, please follow the steps below:

Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number and photos or videos of the damage or defect.
Troubleshooting: The Customer Service team will work with you to determine the cause of the problem and provide a solution.
Replacement Parts: If a replacement part is indeed required, we will provide you with specific repair or replacement instructions.
Return Process: You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the warranty part unless we agree to pay this fee in writing.
V. Disclaimer
EKS's liability is limited to repairing or replacing the defective part, and the amount of liability will not exceed the purchase amount you paid. In no event will EKS be liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of the product.

VI. Legal Protection
This limited warranty provides you with specific legal protections, and you may also have rights granted by other state laws. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
