Shipping Policy
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
For US orders, please allow up to 24 hours for processing before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
For international orders, please allow up to 48 hours for processing before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-order items may take up to 45 days to ship after the order is placed. Exact shipping times for pre-order items can be found on the product page. Customers who pre-order items accept the terms of the pre-order shipping time by default.

How much is shipping?
US: Free Ground Shipping on all orders, excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands

How long does shipping take?
Average shipping time to the US: 2-5 business days after processing.
Average shipping time to international: 5-10 business days after processing.
Some circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may experience some circumstances and delays. Therefore, we do not guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Due to Covid-19, there will be some delays in delivery.

Which shipping company will be used?
We work with various shipping companies around the world, and our shipping partners include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx, TNT, Amazon Logistics, etc. We will choose the best shipping company option for your order so that your package arrives as soon as possible.

Where is the departure point of my order?
Our warehouses are located in the United States and mainland China, and depending on the order and delivery location you choose, we will ship your package from the nearest warehouse where the product is also available.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for each order. Tracking is available once your product is shipped. Since our product research team spends time looking for high-quality and affordable products, each product may be shipped from different distribution centers around the world.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing an order, but you will be charged a handling fee of $9. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Please proceed with the return and refund process.

I entered the wrong address!
If you misspelled your address or the auto-filled address is incorrect, simply reply to the order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Notify us immediately by email at yishuncheye123@gmail.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged
We do take extra care to ship each item. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to poor mail service.
