Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your Yisuntrek product, but if it doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. For items purchased through third-party suppliers or websites, please contact them directly.

Items Eligible for Return:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the product meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item is defective (damaged, broken, or dirty upon arrival).
  • The item received is the wrong size or color.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and does not meet your expectations.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items outside the 30-day warranty period.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or misused.
  • Sale items, unless defective, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Color and Parameter Disclaimer:

While we strive to present accurate images and specifications for each product, slight variations may occur due to device tolerances, lighting conditions, and subtle changes over time on the product surface. By purchasing from Yisuntrek, you acknowledge the possibility of slight differences in actual color and performance parameters compared to what is displayed on our website. If a return is due to dissatisfaction with testing specifications (not defects), the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.

How to Return:

Please follow these four steps to simplify your return or refund process:

  1. Submit a Request: Email the following information to our customer service team at yishuncheye123@gmail.com:

    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for a Response: Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and our return address.

  3. Return the Item: Follow the instructions in the RMA form to return the item. Provide us with proof of return, including a tracking number and a valid return receipt.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you via email and arrange a replacement or refund within 48 hours. Please note the following refund timelines:

    • Credit card refunds usually take 2 days, but processing times may vary by merchant and bank. Some refunds may take a few days, while others may take months.

Return Shipping and Address:

  1. Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product issue (as listed under eligible items), we will cover the shipping costs, but you must provide photo evidence.

  2. Return Method: Please contact your local post office to confirm exact return shipping costs. We recommend using the most affordable registered airmail option. We will arrange for the return to the nearest return location.
